Online Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Be part of our digital team to drive sales by planning, scheduling and executing digital campaigns in accordance with company strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketplaces/platforms including Lazada, Redmart, Qoo10, Shopee on marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for product listings and pricing
  • Manage inventory efficiently to avoid stock-out
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of online orders
  • Weekly/Monthly tracking, measuring and reporting of performance of all digital marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns
  • Other ad-hoc projects related to online sales

 

Requirements

-Minimum Diploma with good understanding of online platforms
-Experience in e-commerce marketplaces is a plus (Lazada, Redmart, Qoo10, Shopee)
-Strong analytical and communication skills.
-Good proficiency in Excel preferred
-Basic salary + commission

Warehouse / Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Fulfil orders from e-commerce platforms.
  • Pick and pack stock for retail stores.
  • Receive, pack, stock, organize and rearrange products in warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance of inventory management and stock movement procedures;
  • Responsible for upkeep of the warehouse in a safe, clean, neat and efficient manner, with proper product labelling to facilitate products retrieval and identification.
  • Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading of products.
  • Other duties as and when assigned.

 

Requirements

-Good communication and organizational skills
-Good team player
-Proficient in MS Office
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Physically fit as candidate required to carry products (stroller/cradle/etc)
-Fluency in English and written Mandarin is a must because of the need to comprehend English and Chinese documents

Retail Management Trainees

Responsibilities

You will begin from floor sales duties, learn and participate in store operations, marketing/e-commerce, and support management team in CRM, monitor performance indicators, stock management, and team management. We aim to rapidly develop MT’s potential to become future managers in our Retail operations locally and also in our overseas branches.

Requirements

- Diploma
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing
- Motivated towards career growth and learning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel required

Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

- Provide customer service
- Assist in achieving sales, stock receive, inventory management, product display and housekeeping.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Customer-oriented with good command of English
- Knowledge & experience on merchandising range and product display
- Able to work retail hours (shifts, weekends and public holidays)
- Working mothers who are able to work at least 4 days per week are welcome to apply
