Motherswork only ships within Singapore currently.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Once items have been processed and picked up, our courier will normally deliver within the next day.
Express shipping is available Monday to Friday between 10am-4pm for a fee at checkout. Delivery for express shipping takes place within 2 hours from your order being placed.
We know a lot of parents are either at home or would like to remain home during this time. We will be reducing our minimum purchase amount to 30 SGD to help families who would like to purchase online. For orders below 30 SGD there will be a flat shipping rate of 6 SGD.
Motherswork offers free shipping for all orders above 60 SGD. For orders below 60 SGD there is a flat shipping rate of 6 SGD.

Do email us at email@example.com with the product and shipping address. Thereafter we will give you a shipping quotation and approximate shipping time. Please note that any taxes or duty imposed by the country's Immigration (at the discretion of the Authorities) if any is entirely payable to the recipient. You may wish to call the immigration authority to check on customs clearance before you proceed with your order. Mothers Work will not issue refund for goods held by customs.
Customers may opt for self collection may collect their orders at any Motherswork stores (not inclusive of departmental stores). The default collection point is at Motherswork@Great World. Depending on which store is selected for the self collection, your order might take between 1-4 working days to process before it is ready for your collection. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via your email/contact number.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect. Do ensure that items returned are in original condition with its original packaging, parts and accessories to qualify for goods return within 7 days after delivery.
Product(s) to be exchange must be of the same value or higher. A top up will be required if the value is higher.
For returns, the same value will be refunded as Motherswork voucher, excluding delivery charges, promotional discounts. Upon approval of return & refund request.
